MOANA BEACH RULES
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY – SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!
USAGE: The Moana Beach Property Owners Association Beach and Pier is for the exclusive use of MBPOA Members and their authorized guests and renters.
WRISTBANDS: The MBPOA Beach and Pier is a PRIVATE beach, and all members and their authorized guests and renters must wear MBPOA wristbands. Anyone without wristbands will be asked to use the adjacent Public Beach, located between the MBPOA Pier and Chambers Landing.
PATHWAY: The MBPOA Beach pathway is for the exclusive use of those who have authorized access to use the Beach and Pier. Please respect the rights of adjacent owners and do not trespass on their property at any time.
HOURS: From dawn until dusk, unless otherwise authorized by the MBPOA Board of Directors for specific holidays or special occasions.
CLEAN UP: There are no trash receptacles on the beach. All trash must be collected and taken with you each day. Please keep the beach and pier clean for others.
DOGS AND PETS: Dogs are allowed on MBPOA Beach daily from Dawn – 9 am and 7 pm – Dusk. Dog owners must be present and in control of their dogs at all times, and clean up after pets is required. Safety of our members and their authorized guests and renters is paramount.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed on the beach at any time.
AMPLIFIED MUSIC: Amplified music is not allowed on the beach and pier at any time.
FIRES: Fires are not allowed anywhere on the beach or pier.
SHADE STRUCTURES: The use of shade structures that block the view of others enjoying the beach, except for traditional beach umbrellas, may not be used. Moreover, unattended personal items cannot be used in any manner to “save” beach space for later usage.
REMOVE ALL PERSONAL ITEMS: All personal items (including trash, food, chairs, towels, inflatables, etc) must be removed from the MBPOA beach and pier daily.
WATERCRAFT STORAGE: Only MBPOA Owners may store watercraft on the beach in the designated area. All items must be clearly marked with name and Moana address and must be removed from the beach from October 31-March 1, annually.
