Located on the west shore just beyond Chambers Landing, Moana Circle is a private subdivision that blends the warmth and charm of  rustic living with the majesty of the Sierra mountains and the breathtaking blue water of Lake Tahoe.  As Mark Twain once remarked, “To breathe the same air as the angels, you must go to Tahoe.”

To maintain our neighborhood and make everyone’s experience here a happy one, it is important that we all  respect the rights and rules outlined by the Moana Beach Property Owner’s Association:

MOANA NEIGHBORHOOD RULES

Moana Circle is a one-way street.  Please observe posted traffic patterns and always drive slowly and caarefully around the circle.  Remember our road is our walkway

All household garbage and food waste must be placed outside in a county approved metal bear proof container.  This requirement does not apply to garden trimmings and yard waste.

Noise curfew is at 10 pm.  We ask that after 10 pm, all music, event or group noise be at a minimum in order to be respectful of our neighbors and community.  All violations of this ordinance can be reported to Placer County 24 hour non-emergency dispatch 530-886-5375.

No structure of a temporary character, trailer, tent or motor home should be on property for the purpose of expanding occupancy of guests.

Vehicles should be properly parked in garages or in driveways whenever possible.  Street parking is discouraged at all times and strictly prohibited from November 1 – May 1 each year.  We ask that no home have more than two additional vehicles parked along Moana Circle, particularly in summer months.
